This fucking rips

Should have ordered that blue vinyl but definitely hopping on the pink now

 

uh this album is a masterpiece?

 

it's just so knotty, every song is constantly changing, but it's also really tightly written and performed

 

Holy shit! Only 3 songs in and this is great.

 

Also, that blue vinyl does (did) look sweet. I wish there was a "moon" vinyl variant to go along with the album cover, like bone with light grey swirl or something.

 

That'd be cool

I feel like the pink does go with it for some reason

 

The pink goes with the album, but not the artwork. I'm conflicted about it.

Maybe in 10 years I'll bankroll a re-press.

 

It sucks that this is the end. I only was able to see them once. They ended with statement though.

 

I bought it just because it says "never repressed" and while I don't believe that they will disappear forever and never repress this I didn't want to risk it haha

This album is so fuckin cool. Agree with unbornwhiskey that they go in a ton of different directions but it still is cohesive. Last album should have gotten more of a reaction on the boards, hope this one gets more due praise

I put it on and wasn’t feeling it, will try it again after I’ve digested some of the other music that’s come out today.. this has been one of the better release days in recent memory

I didn't feel tempted to turn it off like 99% of new (non-metal or big thief or cocteau twins stuff) I attempt to listen to

 

Yeah, this is great. Maybe their best. Like it a lot more than I thought I would based on my reaction to the first track.

 

This album is fantastic and I think it will end up being their best. Sad to see them go but what a way to end it.

 

"Kanye" always puts a smile on my face when it comes on, always a surprise haha
