He says on Twitter that he broke it crowd surfing.

i saw a video on dogleg's IG, not sure if it's the same guy or not, but guy jumped into crowd, surfed for like 2 seconds and then crashed down. Would make sense if it was this guy.

 

I saw that dude, he leapt off stage very awkwardly and it didnt look like anyone caught him, then alex from Dogleg looked super concerned and almost stopped playing while he got walked out by the crowd. band looked visibly upset after it happened.
