  1. Probably just has to do with the fond memories I have associated with it, but as a standalone track I might enjoy the salsa version of Clocks more than the original lol

Yeah it's def a top 2 YC record for me too. I could say exactly what you said but would have to replace Paper Walls with Ocean Avenue.

Last night I went into 7-Eleven because I was craving candy (which hasn't happened in a while). I grabbed a couple things to last me the next few days, but then I saw something that, against my better judgment, I had to get: A&W and Dr. Pepper licorice.

As you can imagine, they were both terrible. The A&W licorice was at least edible, didn't really have much of a taste honestly, but the Dr. Pepper one tasted like sweet cardboard. I threw them both away pretty quickly.

It’s Red Vines or nothing for me. When I was long haul truck driver instead of speed, I would get a pack of Red Vines and giant Dr. Pepper. Could drive all night long with that combo.

Good album that I don't play nearly as often as I should. Don't really like any of their other stuff tho.

I’ve enjoyed them all to a certain extent, but not nearly as much as Source Tags. I think their biggest problem is they try to make these epic rock operas, and it leaves their albums feeling bloated and over the top.

hey, listened to Hail The Sun EP again today and I really like it.

For some reason it reminded me of Kaddisfly - Buy our intention.....

I don't have a single clue why. haven't listened to this album in years.

Well to be fair I really haven't heard a whole lot outside of Source Tags & Codes. I should revisit them. They are a band that on paper I should love. I mean according to RYM the genres on their band page that describe them are: Indie Rock, Post-Hardcore, Alternative Rock, Art Rock. That's literally everything I love the most so their sound is technically right in my wheelhouse but they just have never clicked with me for some reason. Other than Source what other albums do you recommend I should check out to rediscover them?

That's awesome glad to hear you are digging it. I've been enjoying it too for sure.

Actually I can see why it does a little. Did you know Kaddisfly released a new record in 2015. It's pretty good too. Thought I'd mention it in case you didn't know.

I don't agree with those RIYL Haha

There's honestly no band that sounds like Dredg though!

I recommended this record to @Raditz in Round 1 of the Chorus Music Society

I seriously didn't listen to anything new from like 2010 to 2016 so I'm trying to catch up on lots of stuff. I'll check out their 2016 album eventually except for like 5 albums total probably.

yeah listening to this album kind of see the similarities, it's just funny that my brain remembered this music that I haven't heard in probably 8 years and connected it to something I've listened to once. really strange.
