YES! Been a hardcore fan since 2001. Finally saw them live earlier this year. Best live band i’ve ever seen.

Good luck. Remember you hold all the power if they do stuff you don't like, chomp their fingers.

That’s super cool. I’ve never been close enough with a boss, for them to get me such personal gifts.

They are great live. Just haven’t written a good song in over a decade, that’s all.

I bet if you started blasting out some gas he would gas you.

They've had a few good songs on each album, just no good records in a decade.

I've hit a dilemma, maybe you folks can help. Not sure where else to ask without making a new thread.

I want to keep a list of ALLLL the bands I like, preferably in an app that will sync to my PC. Originally, I went through all my CDs and made playlists in Spotify for every artist... it was sooo time consuming and it slows down my app when I try to scroll through all those playlists. Then I tried following artists on Spotify. After "Following" a couple hundred artists they stop showing up when I go to "Artists" under my music. They still show as followed on the artist page but, I have to REMEMBER who they are and search for them... so it's a moot point.

I recently signed up for Apple Music and started adding stuff but before I got too far I did some research and the only way to add someone to my "Artists" section is to add one of their albums to my library... and there's a 100,000 song limit. I suppose I could have 1 song per artist saved and then I could have up to 100k artists in a list... So before I even bother trying to move this list over again, I'd like to know if anyone has a better method?

I've already fucked up and deleted A-H of my Spotify playlists before I realized the new follows weren't showing up under "Artists". I'm already upset that now I have to rebuild that part of the list by memory (I tossed all those CD-R's years ago when I made the playlists) and don't want to waste hours/days just to encounter another catch 22 (fuck, I need to add them too) with LIMITS on these services I'm paying for.

You’re right. I was thinking album when I was typing that. I’ve enjoyed 2 or 3 songs off of the last few records

There’s a 100,000 song limit to Apple Music?

Could that many songs fit on the largest iPhone?

Stuff in your Library isn't necessarily on your phone. When you add an album (not download, just add to library) every song in that album counts as 1 towards your 100k. Downloading it to your device/PC is irrelevant.

Thankfully this was just the twice a year check up, and the usual dental scaling. Never had anything serious.

Keane's debut album Hopes & Fears the version that includes On a day like today is a classic. So happy that it's been repressed and that I own it on vinyl now. It needs more love.

I would probably use Google Doc's version of Excel called "Sheets". it's cloud based, can be synced to your computer through Drive. Always available online.

it's a spreadsheet so you can have the list of bands, with no limit as far as I can tell, you'd have multiple columns so you could input other info for that row such as genre, related bands, albums whatever you want and can sort based on a ton of things.

I'm sure you're more looking for an app that has the actual music or is at least music related. This is just the first thing that I thought of and I don't know if there's a more music focused app that could help.
