I've made one before. the amount of time it takes to make the fucking crust out of cauliflower was excruciating.


it literally took me like 2 hours to make a tiny pizza.

 

Better to just bite the carb bullet.

 

Did you rice the cauliflower yourself or buy it pre-riced? I think Trader Joe's sells it pre-riced and it makes it way easier.

I riced it myself.
I know that was a mistake now. my wife has used the trader joes one before for other stuff, haven't used it for pizza yet.

Ready made butter chicken and rice. It's actually really good lol

 

You had me at butter chicken in all honesty. That stuffs delcious.

 

Just spent the past 45 minutes or so cooking two pounds of bacon for kids and wife. Only two slices were left. All the kids said they were full. Cooked the last two pieces up SUPER crisp and delicious, then my youngest comes out, "umm, I think I want more. Just two more is okay."
