I hope we get matched so I can make you listen to that. You need to listen to it again with fresh ears. The Always Open Mouth is a GOAT album. Though, I hated it when I first listened, it's now easily in my top ten

Also the transition that Hundredth did on Rare is what Title Fight was trying to accomplish but IMO didn't manage to do quite as well. Just played the 2 b-sides off of Rare. That album needs more love. Anyone who digs Shoegaze would find something to like about it.

Rare is the only thing I like by Hundredth. So glad they've completely abandoned their previous work.

 

Circa Survive. You will think the singer is Anthony Green. Just as good as him tbh

 

Ok, but I feel like it needs to be listened to in full to truly experience it. But yeah, that album took awhile to grow on me but for some reason I just kept on listening and then on day it clicked. Their followup album was really good too

I'm at 83 albums for the year. I need some more albums from earlier in the year to catch up on. Then next year I'll join the Chorus Music Club Society thread, 17 more albums is a lot for the next 27 days (for me at least)
