Thanks. Im feeling alright; so glad to be back home though and hoping that this is the beginning of the end of this whole ordeal because I'm tired of being sick [insert TBS reference here]. But for real I'm just so happy I have my kids and that it's me and not them.

P.s. Happy anniversary to you and your wife! You look so happy together!

 

This was an underappreciated post.

Dont beat yourself up about it. Things happen and three kids is a lot to handle by yourself, especially at bed time (I only have two and they're a lot to handle, so I can't imagine the logistics of getting three to go down by yourself).

My husband and I watched Jurassic Park tonight and I never realized how terrifying that movie actually is. I don't know how I was totally okay watching it so many times as a kid, but now I just get stressed every time.

Didn't care much for Jurassic World at all, but I do remember crying when the one dinosaur died.

This is so sweet and heartwarming!

 

Ugh, my daughter has had a cough for about the past month and tonight it was terrible. She woke up shortly after I got home from the show last night and I didn’t get to sleep until after 2. Then I woke up around 4 when she cried out and then I woke up at 5 for good when she woke up. It’s gonna be a looooong day :/

 

I thought the show was great!

B&C’s setlist was a little underwhelming but I still enjoyed them.

Chon is really talented, but I was ready for their set to be over after a few songs.

Thrice had my favorite set of the night. I would’ve liked to see more Vheissu songs or at least one Beggars song (I don’t count Red Telephone as a Beggars track) but other than that it was great! That may have been my favorite time seeing them.

I liked Circa Survive’s set quite a bit, but a little less than Thrice’s. Anthony as always has great stage presence. I would’ve liked to see more Juturna/OLG songs but I realize that they have 6 full lengths and are touring to support their new album. Opening with a Descensus song and also playing songs from The Amulet back-to-back twice during the set seemed like odd choices to me.

Anyway, I don’t want it to sound like I’m complaining so much! It was a great show and I’m glad I went :)

For whatever reason, they changed it about 5 or 6 songs in ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

 

I think @Kingjohn_654 is more focused on his fruit comedy act at this point

Hi! How’s your Sunday going?

 

It's going well, thank you! My aunt and cousin came over this afternoon but other than that, I hung out with my dog all day. Watching Supernatural at the moment.

That sounds like a good day!

Right now she seems fine, but every night she coughs a lot. Last night was probably the worst in the past month or so. I think we’re going to schedule her for an appointment tomorrow to get checked out. Usually when she has a cough it doesn’t laat this long! Her doctor is closed on Sundays though and it’s not really something where we’d need to take her to urgent care or the emergency room. Thank you for asking :)

My family is going to a surprise birthday party for one of my cousins today who is turning 30. I was thinking a little bit about it and I don’t think I’ve ever been to a surprise party!

 

I hope she's feeling better soon! Being sick for a while must be frustrating, it'll be good if you can schedule an appointment sooner rather than later
