Jurassic Park is the only good Jurassic movie

the gymnastics scene ruined 2 for me. that was the worst part. JP3 at least had Alan Grant in it. also William H Macy is great too.

 

ok so frozen is bad, xmas is bad, nightmare before xmas is bad, Jurassic world is bad,

Toy Story 1 is really good, and Toy Story 2 is phenomenal. Toy Story 3 is bad.

That's a lot of praise coming from someone with a username like circasurviver. Real recognizes real. I like it. Circa is tight too tho of course.

 

I typically enjoy movies I'm watching. even if they're "bad" I usually have a decent time watching them so I really liked all 3 toy story movies and can't wait to watch them with my kids.

I can recognize when something is really amazing/great but when something's bad my opinion is usually that it was OK, I rarely hate movies.

Make sure you check out Hail the Sun. Totally a blend of Saosin and Circa pretty sweet combo if you ask me.

 

Yeah, Rotten Tomatoes is awful, and pretty bad for film criticism imo. I’m generally interested to see what is deemed good and what isn’t, but it’s definitely not always indicative of the actual quality of a movie.

Take Toy Story 3, for instance. That cheap recycling of Toy Story 2 has a whopping 99%. That’s insane

Yeah I try not to rely on it as fact. unless a movie gets like 20% or something. And I have more faith in the Audience score than the critic score.
