"Dale" (DAH-lay) means "hit it" in Spanish, and is one of the things Pitbull shouts at random points in nearly every song. It amuses me that in the lyrics it just looks like he's shouting the name Dale out there, and it would be fitting to pay tribute to the Earnhardt stache since it is rivaled only by Pitbull's cue ball head in modern sexual lore.

yeah I could see that. I definitely understand that there are jerk IT people that don't want to help/work. especially when it's something that they see as simple.

and I know companies don't want non-IT people doing stuff or installing stuff unauthorized on their computers, so even if it's something small you have to go through the process of getting IT help.
