The Nintendo Switch for my son came in the mail today!

 

It’s not, it’s on r/nosleep which has stories designed to be true and you can’t break character. It’s pretty fun stuff! The first time I read that story was at like 2am and I didn’t have any curtains and i put a sheet over them mid read haha

I mean it's like saying I bought an XBox One for my fiancee to have a fancy way of watching Netflix and Hulu. I just don't have a kid to say I'm buying things for lmao

 

Have you listened to the NoSleep podcast? They do a really good job bringing those stories to life. My fiancee used to be obsessed with the subreddit, now she's just obsessed with the podcast haha

Also I love the "everything is true" rule

 

In my defense, he's been asking for this since July for Christmas. He's a bigger Nintendo fan than any kid or adult I've ever met! He watches videos on YouTube of people playing these games, and knows how to beat every level already haha

 

I mean I do the same thing lol. I watch let's plays when I'm not listening to a podcast or music at work. (It's way cheaper to watch other people play video games and be funny than it is to buy all of them myself.) That's cool though, I'm sure he's gonna love it!

Also I think the biggest Nintendo fan I know (not personally) is @circasurviver
