When was the last time you played it?

 

Phantom Hourglass was hella fun

 

See, the time Mechanic for me is what loses me. for some reason i just feel confound due to the clock. which i know is silly, like i know moving back and forth through time is part of the game... it just stresses me out, i dont know haha.

 

Also, you gotta slow down time with that time song, makes things massively easier

I need to play WW, SS, and BOTW, I just lack the means to.

i played it a couple months ago. i only played up until right before the second dungeon on my last run through.

 

im playing WW on my computer for free right now lol.

i actually have never played SS, but i hear bad things

 

Skyward Sword was fine, I had a lot of fun with the whole sword mechanic. The biggest issue with that game is that it holds your hand too much and the beginning is quite a slog, but I definitely wouldn’t call it “bad,” but it’s lower tier Zelda.

 

is it as slow as the beginning of TP?

I’ve been playing Pikmin 3 recently. GOAT.

 

the beginning of TP is kind of brutal, but i do love that game. its been years for me too though. maybe after i play BOTW ill play TP again.

 

After my experience with the sword controls on SS I remember thinking, “I’ll never be able to play another Zelda game without these controls” but then BoTW came out and was totally great

 

from what ive seen people haaaated the motion controls in SS

Train to Busan is dope, S. Korea is a hotbed for horror

 

Asia in general really, lot of great stuff in horror has come from there in recent years.

 

just watched the BOTW trailer again and yeah i need to play it

 

I thought they were great. My only complaint with SS was it was too long. With the heavy use of motion controls, and the more linear experience, it should of been a 20 hour game. It does have some of my favorite art direction, and characters out of any Zelda.

Edit: Oh and the opening isn’t nearly as slow as TP

 

I also loved Spirit Tracks as a kid!
(Even though I was 25 when it came out.)

 

I wouldn’t go that far. Mario 2 was literally a different game.

It’s more like the Zelda 2 of the Zelda franchise.
