It's just completely the opposite of where I would want to be. I like smaller operations because it feels more close-knit and easier to build good working relationships. The university library I work for right now is by far the biggest group of "coworkers" I've had. So the idea of working for a ginormous company that owns at least one skyscraper is a scary thought

I’ve never worked for a big company, but I do miss working for the government. Great benefits, security of being in a union. A crazy amount of PTO.
