So one of my brothers is in to the same type of music I’m into, but he doesn’t really keep up with new music. So for over a decade I’ve been making him a mixed cd with songs I think he would like. Now days I just send him a Spotify playlist but still keep it under the 80 minute mark, to keep the tradition alive. Last night he texted me asking when his playlist would be ready, because he is “jonesing for some new tunes”. I just sent him a screenshot of my 2017 playlist with over 30 hours of music, and said it’s going to take some time. He sent back “Jesus! I had no idea you listened to that much music! Seems like a major chore.” Haha.

When I’m finished with the playlist I’ll post it here first, to see if y’all approve.

I wish I knew people that were more into music. I know they're obviously out there but everyone I know only listens to singles and doesn't really think too in-depth about it (which is a big reason that I'm on this site)

 

Is volume 2 out yet? I still need to spend more time with volume 1 but he's so great. I'm actually going to listen in a little bit. I think I've yet to spin the vinyl I bought a few months back.

 

Same and I really liked California too. I just can't get hooked to the songs and I'm kind of boycotting it because they didn't play Parking Lot when I saw them at the Metro - which they name drop in that song.

 

I hate going to shows with friends when the band just released a new album and I'm all jazzed up about it but they haven't listened yet and I'm like hello it's been out two weeks and you knew you were seeing them what are you doing with your life?
