Hahaha yeah that Browns thing is pretty much a joke - mathematically they have a chance at the playoffs but they literally need 47 things to go exactly right (including them winning their last six games). Not happening!!!

Blue Jackets next game is tomorrow against the Flames.

I don’t typically watch soccer but I’m cleaning up and it’s a pretty quiet sports night

Edit: Yes, I’m watching Toronto, but rooting for Columbus!

Right of course you would be cheering for Columbus. For some reason I thought Toronto FC was playing SEATTLE and I was watching the game before the Habs game started. Goes to show you how forgettable soccer can be sometimes.

This Saosin talk is making me want to listen to them and I think I will this week. I've always enjoyed them. Along the Shadow rules and TTN is a classic although i have always HATED the fade out on the last track. Worst possible way to end a song as far as I'm concerned. Especially to end a release in this case the ep.

I feel like people hate that album but I always enjoyed it. But I also liked Saosin better with Cove and think Anthony is better in Circa Survive

Not helping

 

I had mixed feelings. I was expecting one thing and got another. I didn't think it was bad, but I didn't love it as much as I wanted to, and as a result, haven't listened to it probably since last year. I like both bands and think they each have their own distinct sounds, but I didn't like how Along the Shadow sounded like a mashup (for lack of a better word) to me. I just remember feeling underwhelmed after listening to it. Now that I'm typing this out though, I think I am going to give it another shot tomorrow.

Nah that's fair. But yeah you should def revisit it. I will myself prob tomorrow as well.

 

Wolf Alice is playing in Montreal next Saturday i will miss that show too. Stacked week. Crazy to think that it's prob just a typical week for Mtl. Ottawa is certainly not Toronto or Montreal for shows that's for sure.

 

You have no idea how bummed I am that Wolf Alice are playing at a festival here but no solo dates :(
