I don't know if I've ever listened to him on a podcast before. He's such an intelligent and insightful person, and a great frontman, you think he'd be a little more engaging.

 

"Aquamarine" reminds me so much of Yellowcard.

 

I listened to the Safe To Say album "Down in the Dark" off of the recommendation from @Colin Your Enthusiasm. It was a very enjoyable first listen and I'll definitely be going back to it!

This morning I listened to some Balance & Composure and Chon in preparation for the upcoming Thrice & Circa Survive show I'm going to.

I like Balance & Composure a lot and am familiar with the stuff, but I hadn't listened to them in a while. I wasn't familiar with Chon at all. Regarding Chon, I think the music is pretty good but I think it'll be pretty easily my least favorite set of the night. I can see giving their stuff another chance though - it would be pretty good for background music at work since there are no lyrics to focus on.

 

ive brought this up in a thread a long time ago, but have you all ever realized that when you quote someone it shows what their user number is? what if we all just start referring to eachother by our user numbers.... should we all change our user names to our user numbers instead?

I liked your post and have to reply as well. Happy you enjoyed it! Definitely has aged well. Came out last year and I still spin it regularly.
