Are you hitting the gym as well?

 

Doing cardio at my house. Like 90 mins a day. 45 or so on stationary bike, rest on elliptical.

 

I'm aiming to be 180 pounds by the end of the year (currently 190)

This all sounds utterly impossible.

 

It's a joke I love wine. But this hipster burger chain in Canada called The Works well the wine section is called overpriced grape juice. If you saw the rest of their menu you would see that they have quite a sense of humor. I used to love that place now I think there are better burger joints but they were like my gateway place into the world of fancy and unique burgers.

Two eggs in am, mixed with garlic and other spices. Then an entire avocado mixed into guac. Then a glass of almond milk.

Carb count like 7g so far.


In afternoon, eat veggies and stuff that's low carb. This is like 6g carb.


Dinner, veggies and meat.

So close to like 20ish carbs per day




I do give myself a cheat snack per day, which is like eating two doritos. This adds like 4g carb.

I haven't reported you, I know that much! Out of the regulars though, I think everyone else has been. Maybe @phillyfradet hasn't been reported?

 

LOL well before answering that I have to say this reminds me of something. One time I went to a popular family restaurant here in Ottawa called Perkins. Basically like a Denny's but better. Anyways when I was ordering food, I asked the waitress if they had any wine and if so what kinds of wines they had. Her exact response to me was: ''Red or white, which one do you want?''

So you saying this now made me think of that haha. Anyways I like both tbh. I also quite like Rosé and Champagne too.

 

Maybe once? I might have reported myself? haha
