If you don't like Thursday you will never see friday.

 

One of the saddest shows I went to was a Thursday/DEP show when 3/4th of the crowd split after DEP got off stage.

 

What's DEP?

 

Apparently she released new music AND it's actually supposed to be decent no joke. I might check it out sometime.

"I'm a little shocked by just how good this is. Great production, good singing, strong melodies...Nothing too new with the music, think Demi Lovato but it's really enjoyable nonetheless. Super competent stuff, could easily be played on radio. A huge redemption. Massive, even."

Don’t know if you folks aside from DS or Bloodsucker get into game soundtracks but the Cuphead soundtrack is an easy top ten album for me this year

 

Fun fact, that was @sophos34 first time seeing Thursday. I got two tickets to the show and gave him the other. Also got lost in East St. Louis trying to get to the venue (Pop’s), that was scary.

 

They are great, but like, not the easiest thing to listen to. Very famous for their insane stage presence

DEP is a top ten metal band for me, easily one of the scariest live band I’ve ever seen. Also all over the place musically, really neat band

I’m really going to miss them. They were supposed to play one last time in STL at Pointfest but it was cancelled after Chris Cornell died, Soundgarden were the headliner.

 

I forget who here mentioned those low budget rip offs of popular animated children's movies but I watched 5 minutes of Ratatoing and it's a cinematic masterpiece
