I made tom yum soup last week with tofu instead of shrimp and let me tell you it was fantastic

I totally get not liking it though, I can see the texture being off-putting. I like it all but prefer extra firm.

 

First few times I tried it I hated it. I realised later on that it just wasn't cooked properly. Love it now.

NAH i will go to bat every day of the week for nuts. i have a reputation at my job for eating A LOT of peanuts and cashews since their basically the only shit i can get at gas stations w any decent substinence. there loaded w protein and healhty fats. nuts are the FUEL that keep me going.
