ofc yes. a guy w a solid head on his shoulders like that and is a waiter to boot, i cant imagine he would have anything less then an ultra refined palate rivaling that of a 3 michelin star chef. the more i think about it the more i think the guy was truly ahead of his time.

also i like sushi a lot too.
