Pommes Frites is amazing, and the fact that they managed to come back after exploding and still taste the same is so wonderful.

When they were in their old location I used to go to Crif Dogs and then Pommes Frites to make a complete meal from both places. It was the absolute best.

 

I just knew that was gonna be in LA before I clicked it

Saus in Boston is the same type of place, and it is wonderful. You can argue that the poutine dish counts as a meal

 

Ive never had good poutine in my travels but I havent gone out of my way

 

I think this would be a great dish to make at home.

It is! I made a poutine dish with braised short ribs and a red wine "gravy" a few weeks ago and it was :chef kiss:
