found a recipe for a clone of Chili's queso dip and it's essentially just Velveeta and a can of Hormel chili with some spices and it's delicious

 

My sister once told me Moe's queso is white american cheese and jalapeno? She claims an employee told her.

 

The only way to get that restaurant/fast food super creamy white queso is with american. You can get great flavor with other cheeses but for that classic texture it can’t be substituted.

Velveeta and rotel is a super nostalgic flavor as well.

That’s combining two different dips where I’m from. If breakfast sausage is involved it will definitely be with cream cheese and not velveeta.
