so you have tried it????? there's also a Portugese soup that is basically just kale, potatoes, and sausage (chourico) that is really good
can you grow your own? I've done it the last few years and it grows really easily and i have a huge supply for the whole summer/fall
I like it when prepared in certain ways. My mom makes these excellent kale chips with olive oil, garlic, salt, and cayenne and I could eat them all day. Also good in smoothies.
Possibly, but I don’t know if any of my containers are big enough. Plus I’m just worried about even being able to get seeds or plants or soil right now. It’s something I want to look into for the summer but my expectations are pretty low, especially if the weather is like last year which killed almost everything I was growing.
All these people like “yeah it’s good in smoothies” who are you playing!!! It literally gets put into smoothies so that you can’t taste it to make it bearable lmaoooo I imagine the same thing could be said about soup I will die on this hill and now I know I can’t trust ANY of y’all
I'm 100% making a giant batch of kale, white bean, and sausage soup for some lunches this week or next. thank you @angrycandy
See that is a huge part of the soup I just made a few weeks ago and I’m already craving it again. I hope I can get all of the ingredients soon. Don’t have any white beans left at all... Ugh really now I just want a lot of kale but I only have a small amount left.
Saaaaame. Also yeah quinoa is good, but I don’t expect anyone to have a strong opinion about it either way.
