They’re cool but I also make ice cream sandwiches with whatever cookies I have/ice cream in the freezer. Usually home made are good. The tates ones work the best. Also will compress a Rice Krispie treat and use that to make a sandwich. The other advantage is I can make all kinds of combinations. Vegan version is easy to pull off too if ya want. I’ve done this with Cookie Crisp cereal and made several minis.
