Yes yes I love it so much and I need to eat it more often. One year I grew my own and it was the best, but I haven’t found the plants again since then.

I’m really craving my family’s version of a Romanian dip made with them and I might need to remedy that on the next food order.

 

depends how it's prepared, sometimes the texture is off and I'm weird about texture of food, but overall yes

 

eggplant parm is ok if it's super crunchy outside. not too crazy about it outside of that but have also barely had it any other way

 

There's no fun or self reflection with a maybe option!

IveI'only had it in asian cusinesc but it's great idk why so many ppl hate it

 

I like eggplant but it has to be prepared well. Soggy/spongy/leathery eggplant is a no for me but it’s so good when it’s cooked correctly.

Speaking of which I made eggplant parm for Thanksgiving two years ago and it turned out great

 

This Tibetan place that I adore has an amazing fried eggplant appetizer topped with a sweet vegetable sauce. I’ve really grown to love eggplant over the years.

 

It makes my mouth tingle but I love it

 

One of my favorite dishes to get from Chinese takeout spots is chicken and eggplant in spicy garlic sauce, so good

 

This Mediterranean place right next to where I went to college makes an unreal roasted eggplant spread, I could really go for that right now
