I know it’s fun and easy to get wrapped up in heated food discussions and it’s all in good fun but I dunno I’ve been an extremely picky eater my whole life and I’m so beyond done feeling bad about something that’s completely beyond my control like as if it’s fun to live this way. As if it’s good for me lmao.
I hate cantaloupe because I ate way too much of it as a toddler and had an allergic reaction. Ever since then I have a visceral aversion to it. Even the smell. But honeydew can be great, especially in savory dishes. I love almost all fruits otherwise.
Idk why people ask this as if it isn’t incredibly easy You can survive just fine you’re just not probably healthy ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I’ve gotten better over the last few years but honestly before like 3 years ago I never ever drank water lmao
I still don't drink enough water, my wife's always telling me to. I try and drink some most days though. I don't have much fruit or veg either, lol.
