The best vegetable. Roast that shit with some olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper, crushed red pepper, and Parmesan and you’re in business. It’s also one of the only vegetables I like steamed.
I got the inspiration from a bobby flay dish which is grilled asparagus with a green peppercorn vinaigrette, but I've found that a honey mustard vinaigrette works beautifully with asparagus too (and salmon).
Salmon with asparagus is my go-to. Both of those sound excellent, I’ll have grab some stuff to make a vinaigrette next time I venture out.
not really. I don't hate it, but don't really like eating it either. I tried making them again a couple nights ago to see if my mind has changed but still wasn't digging them
I like iyialrighy tho not crazy about it it doesn't really stand alone yo make a dish like other green veggies I'd definitely pick brocolli over it anuaday of the week
