This looks like an excellent replacement for the Lodge 49 sized hole in my heart. I fully expect AMC to cancel it.

 

I'm just ecstatic to see Jason Segal back doing something, I miss that dude!

This first episode kind of totally sucked hard tbh

seemed pretty clear from the trailer. unfortunate for jason, who like a lot, and andre, who i would die for.

 

My biggest issue with the first EP is it comes off thinking its a lot smarter/deeper than it actually is/was. It also doesn’t help that the subject matter of a 9-5 worker bored with their life / feeling trapped in the machine Is an arc told a thousand times before, so for this show to posit the idea its the most inventive thing in world for touching upon it was a massive.

Also take my words with a grain of salt cause i literally never heard of this show till i saw it was included in my torrent of better call Saul and i figured “why not, ill watch this” lol. I’m not really the target audience perhaps.

 

I'm still gonna give it a shot

 

I liked it. The reviews I read mentioned each episode focuses on a different character as the lead.

 

I love Jason Segel so much so I'll support whatever he does, and Andre 3000 is a huge plus. Will watch for sure

Yeah this doesn’t suck, like, literally at all so far lmao

 

yeah i’m liking this a lot so far, actually. lots of early first season legion vibes in the production design and tone.

 

Will watch cause they filmed this right by my house

 

I loved this. There's a pretty big bias for me because Segel and 3 Stacks are two of my favorite people in the world and I'm also a sucker for this kind of show but I thoroughly enjoyed it and can't wait to see where it goes

It actually reminded me a ton of Maniac for some reason, and not just because of Sally Field lol

 

I was halfsies on the first episode, a few things were a bit TOO wordy and strange, but the concept is cool. Episode 2 was great though, very quick growing characters

 

gonna try to catch it on demand. was too tired to stay up for it monday night

 

I genuinely have no clue where this is going. I actually really like how there are no actual stakes (for now, will probably change lol)

 

yo wtf this sjow was sold to me as a comedy. I spent episodes 2 and 3 crying? that being said I want more immediately
