i like Star Wars in a very casual sense but Star Wars and Marvel are two of my biggest pop culture blind spots overall so this just isn’t targeted at me

There's enough stuff I'm interested in here that I will definitely be getting it. And if there's a package deal with this and Hulu, then that's even more of a no-brainer for me.

 

The fact that they are ending the vault nonsense and you'll be able to get their entire library is enough to buy it for 70 bucks a year even without original content. And the fact you can download and watch offline.

 

Yes! And all of the other Disney Afternoon cartoons (Chip n Dale Rescue Rangers, Gargoyles, Duck Tales, etc.) would be amazing!

Speaking of Duck Tales, it would be awesome if the new series pops up on Disney+ too. I'm behind.

They've also scrubbed the egregious Jim Crow scene from 1941's Dumbo

 

I don’t understand why they’d omit that while keeping the other various racist material in their older movies. Like obvious stuff aside, they can’t just act like the movie doesn’t exist while that other stuff is still present. If anything, put it on there with a disclaimer about it’s content and why it’s bad, use it as an educational tool.
