If this means "besides Malificent" then I can totally get down with this.

 

This list is lacking in live-action Disney movie songs:

"The Age of Not Believing" from Bedknobs and Broomsticks
Pretty much everything from Mary Poppins (especially "Feed the Birds" and "A Man Has Dreams")
"Lavender Blue" from So Dear to My Heart
"Zip-a-dee-doo-dah" from Song of the South

Etc.

 

@cshadows2887 I specifically stuck with the animated stuff because I'm not super familiar with their older live action movies. Although "Zip-a-dee-doo-dah" was my go to audition song when I did community theater as a kid

Mary Poppins scared me as a kid. My sister loves it, but it freaked me out. Some lady falls out of the sky, gives the kids a spoonful of "sugar" and then they start seeing animated penguins? Nu-uh. Smaller Eva wasn't having any of it

 

Older Eva needs to see one of my 3 favorite movies like now-ish. Haha

 

I'll make my sister happy and watch it with her next time we're in the same state. I do enjoy the music from it, it just gives me the creeps

 

I love that movie an absurd amount. I keep cycling between West Side Story, Mary Poppins, The Empire Strikes Back and Rear Window in my #2-5 spots.

I don't know if I've ever seen it in its entirety. It never really appealed to me when I was younger.

I liked Kacey Musgraves' cover, but at the same time I wished she'd done something from a movie I was into growing up. She did a great job though, no complaints

lol. Powerline gave 9 year old me mad chills. Kind of still does. Not gonna lie.

Also, a friend of mine said Mary Poppins creeped her out recently. What on earth people. Mary Poppins is the Citizen Kane of kid’s movies.
