Here’s to hoping a moderate-to-vast improvement in quality occurs

 

I honestly totally forgot this show existed, though I remember it really picking up towards the end so I'm cautiously excited

 

Returns September 20

Trailer looks good. I was really enjoying this by the end of last season.

 

Back tomorrow. Have not seen or heard anything to push that it's back.

 

ugh too many shows. I still haven't seen S1, but I'm been wanting to watch it for the last year

 

Honestly would hold off to see if S2 is better - season 1 was too mediocre to invest time into because of all the other shows

 

yeah, that's what I heard, and kind of why I never watched. I'm a big Simpsons fan, though, so I wanted to check it out, but I know that it's going to pale in comparison (as everything does)

 

its a decent casual watch - something to throw on in the background while doing errands/work etc. there's so much potential with the material though, so I'm not willing to write it off just yet. and it got better later on in the season, so I'm willing to give it more shots.

 

S1 got way better by the end and combined with taking input from critics and fans, I think S2 has the potential to be a big improvement

 

This is the 2nd half of the initial 20 episode order so these were already more or less done when S1 came out. It got renewed for another 20 episode order. that'll presumably be S3 and S4.

 

it’s been at the top of my list in my app, so I kept thinking new episodes were up.

 

Definitely eager to hear what others think of this season, it officially dropped today

 

Just watched ep one. Not too many big laughs but a promising start to the story.

 

Episode 1 got a couple laughs out of me, and episode 2 starts with a real hood bit.

Seems to be continuing the serialized storytelling from the end of season 1 so I’m all in

 

There is never a sign gag in a Matt Groening show that fails to make me laugh.

 

Loving this season. Much better than the first. Jerry might be my favorite new character.

 

Nobody seems to give a shit about this show on here lol but I finally got around to the second season today and it was a ton better, really consistent with the great last few episodes of the first season. The first couple episodes in particular were really creative and fun

Watched the first two episodes of the new batch and enjoyed them.

 

Had no idea this was coming back already

I tend to watch this show when new episodes come out and enjoy them but then completely forget the show as a whole exists soon after
