Usually I just end up at The Fox And Hound in Richardson because people I know work there haha, I don't go out enough to know of a ton of good places sadly :/ Trying to think of others that would be more central and have a good chance of having the game
They just added more space to Serious Pizza. The bought out the place next to them so there's a ton more seating. The line is still an issue and the wait time to get your pizza can be long...but i do genuinely like their pizza. you would think it's some sort of shit gimmick pizza since they serve that massive pie but it taste good too. I randomly went there before i saw Wolf Alice at Trees cause it was the only place open and I was pleasantly surprised. I thought about doing this as well but my boyfriend was just over in that area to get his haircut and he said its an absolute zoo because its a free event and it's nice outside. Shit is that happening this weekend? EDIT: oh just saw it isnt really this weekend. tricked me.
About to try The Shell Shack in Plano to see if it's good enough to where I don't have to go to Uptown ever again
Midway Craft House in Denton is showing Young Frankenstein and Blazing Saddles tonight. Might be cool to go and get some beers
I know I only post in here about concerts, but that's about the only time I get out of the house anymore... Anyways, anyone going to the Cypress Hill show on Wednesday?
Hasn't Dallas/DART invested more into public transportation than any other metroplex in the past 10 years? I mean it has to do with the city being designed around everyone having their own transportation which has added to the cost, but a lack of funds and investment isn't really the issue.
Remember last May when it stormed every day for a whole month? I hope it's not like that again this year.
Anyone know a good place in downtown Dallas to watch the NBA playoffs? I'm in town for work and wanna watch the Celtics tonight. Also, your city is awesome. Though drivers here not stopping for pedestrians ever is jarring.
Oh man, the not stopping for pedestrians thing is wild. Cars were not expecting me to be in that crosswalk haha.
