hi sorry i didn't get on last night but i can raid or something at some point today if people are on

 

gotta work until about 9 should be home by 10 unless i just outright quit because frankly some things have transpired over the last two days that really, REEEEALLY make me question why I'm working at the two jobs I work at (both of which owned by the same guy btw). my boss has just said some really....personal things about me behind my back and has kind of outed himself has being pretty homophobic. i confronted him and he was like "i dont get it youve had girlfriends before why are you like this?" to which i had to explain to him that i prefer men BUT im pretty open in terms of my sexuality preferences. he basically told me that i probably wont get very far working for him, that im childish and far too shy and not very confident and that i lack any real discernible drive or determination. its just really really really a big bummer because i had a lot of respect for my boss and my other managers until now. im kind of afraid to go into work and i have to close the ice cream shop tonight, open at Subway tomorrow, then close two more nights. guess ill just see how it goes

sorry im venting i just really love yall and the nights we spend just babbling on PSN have been very therapeutic for me and i very much appreciate you all. ill do my utmost to be on tonight

:( that's terrible, fuck that. i've experienced similar situations before, finding out previously respected coworkers were homophobic/insulting my sexual preferences behind my back and it sucks and can make for a really uncomfortable work environment. i'm sorry and i hope things get better, know that although i'm a quiet, shy boy who often doesn't say much in chat i truly enjoy this site's destiny nights and love listening to you talk about music and bungie's poor game management
