I for one am ok with this I guess but the faction weapons weren’t going to really shake up my weapon setups anyway. My PvE and PvP loadouts are pretty much solidified until the next expansion

I’m back in D1 and holy shit is it weird not having a kinetic and energy weapon. I’m mad that my old data got corrupted to the point of setting me all the way back to 300 LL but gearing up is a breeze. Still lots of people doing strikes and crucible too.

this thing seems useless

 

SB sux but I do love it

fighting lion might legit be the worst exotic in either game

 

I have yet to find an exotic in D2 that I love. Nothing makes me feel really powerful like D1 exotics. My favorite so far is The Skull of Ahamkara, I think.

 

I can’t wait for IB to return I miss Lord Saladman and his angsty ass

The exotics in D2 feel weaker than D1s and I’m not sure why. Hell, our Guardians in general feel weaker. Idk just seems like a blanket nerf was applied to literally everything

 

Yea, man. Gotta nerf everything to make the PvP more competitive for TripleSux and Company!!!!!!111!!1

 

I love that Bungie heard the cries of “we want more things for hardcore players to do” and their brilliant idea was “HEY LETS MAKE DESTINY AN ESPORT THATS HARDCORE RIGHT ALSO DONT WORRY PVE PEOPLE NOW YOU CAN SPEND YOUR DAYS COLLECTING TOKENS!”

 

I urge you all to reinstall Destiny. I logged in and just the amount of STUFF to do is brilliant.

I think it’s completely fair to compare D2 to Y3 D1. A good sequel should BUILD on what came before. Not cut half of it out and sell it to us later. 20+ strikes, over 30 crucible maps, daily bounty missions as well as public events and the raids. There’s a lot to do still. It’s great.

Idk I don’t mean to slam D2 because I really really like it but it’s a shame we’ll have to wait until we’ll into next year before it meets the standards it should’ve been at from the start

 

Skill Up said it best in his review of D2 - D2 is a great sequel to vanilla D1, but a disappointing sequel to Destiny Y3.
