Competitive is like training for Trials. Trials is where the best of the best compete on the weekends. And when you hit 3,5&7 wins you’ll get exclusive trials gear.

 

yes, trials is one of the competitive modes, but with a card that tracks wins/losses and it gives you better gear than standard crucible (and unique to trials gear)

 

It sounds silly and kind of embarrassing but I just hate trying to LFG the raid cause all the posts are so ridiculous and demeaning and they make me nervous that it will be a terrible experience. I spent 30 minutes last night looking for a post that sounded like it was nice people and couldn't find one. This is exactly what happened with wrath of the machine.

 

That's why you make your own post so you can choose your group rather than having to find another group. Also go trade in your xbox and get a PS4 so you can play with all of us. We're a hoot

Seems like I've plateaued at 280, and haven't been able to get it up for a few days.

Real talk that 280 hump is tough but mods can really help with that as well as the raid but yeah otherwise just gotta hope milestones drop some good stuff

 

RANking time let’s go

Kings Fall: possibly the greatest raid in console gaming history and a landmark. We’ll look back at this raid in 5 or 10 years and be like “damn remember that?”

Vault Of Glass: my favorite raid visually and also my favorite armor set. Another moment that we’ll remember forever is just walking in there the first time. I remember thinking “oh damn, you actually CAN design raids for consoles and make them interesting”.

Leviathan: I really really like the setup for this raid. The idea that we aren’t invaders in a strange area, but instead we’re given invitations to prove ourselves to Calus by playing what is essentially the Destiny universes equivalent of a Roman gladiatorial colesseum. The revive tokens are annoying though, as is the dogs but they’re still a neat encounter.

Crotas End: has my favorite way of entering a raid with us jumping down a giant hole on the moon. This raid is just too short and too easy. Crota himself is really cool but he’s buggy as fuck. Almost feels like a glorified Strike at times.

Wrath Of The Machine: a good raid, don’t get me wrong, but very straightforward. Very action heavy, don’t really care for the bosses but I do like the armor sets and weapons. Was hoping the Fallen/tech raid would be a little better than this but it’s still a fine serviceable chunk of content. This and CE are honestly tied but yeah
