Actually the shadow realm is super easy. All you do is look at his head, call out your symbol and then make sure you're not in front of a ramp when he pulls you forward. I probably should have switched to be inside since I was 2nd highest light level and could take and give more damage on the adds and his shield

The only hard part in the shadow realm is the psion on the right hides behind the damn ramp like every time

That and the person on the right has to move over to the left because the right has a weird spot that causes you to jump up on the last section
