for balance mostly. ideally you collect as many exotics as possible to have options and diverse builds.

 

Oh. Phew, that's fairly inexpensive. Have like 150 shards or something right now in the hopes that would even be close enough for one thing. I never played D1 enough to deal with Xur then, so I had no idea.

 

Did some grinding last night and finally got to level 20 and 200 power. I've got friends who I've been playing here and there with, but nothing feels quite like playing Taken King with my old group. Really bums me out :/

BUT I'm really enjoying the game so far. It's been a nice break from Overwatch every single night haha.
