The score so far is very good. I was a little concerned with the first Bungie game without Marty, but this new composer did a good job.
wow, the adventures and public events are so fun and feel so much more seamless now. the maps are much bigger and exploration is actually rewarded. it feels like an actual world that is carrying on even when youre not there. i went to earth for a mission and loaded into a giant firefight between cabal, fallen, and guardians. it was cinematic and exhilarating.
Michael Salvatori has worked with Marty since the Halo games at Bungie so he's been with them for a long time. But yes the score is wonderful. I'm level 18.5. I'll hit 20 tonight after work. Also, some of the forest areas in the EDZ actually feel real, desolate, and organic. Not empty like some of the D1 areas. I get a really good vibe if I'm on one of the roads by myself and just listen to the score and the sounds of the birds and nature in the game. Makes the world seem that much bigger.
oh yeah the raids coming soon. fuck i gotta get back to grinding and leveling. also btw for those of you that are loving this game, might i suggest Warframe as well! its F2P, its a 3rd person action game, and its VERY similar to Destiny/Destiny2 but has enough differences to make it worth playing. I have about 600 hours in it and im still finding things to do.
Its sad that the most news I see about Destiny 2 today is people complaining about it. Game is great.
At this point, if complaints aren't solely about the story, they mean nothing to me. Its too soon for complaints.
Yeah, honestly the community is always going to find something to complain about, it's happened since D1 beta. I think the complaint about the shaders is dumb
so theres.....something.....in the ocean on Titan......and its fucking huge. possibly related to a raid, may be the Leviathan the Hive have been trying to create. either way stuff thats under the ocean and is huge fucking terrifies me. i audibly screamed when i saw it break the surface for just a few seconds. There's some kind of massive sea monster lurking in the depths of one of Destiny 2's new destinations
Did it just happen randomly? Where do you need to be looking? I don't want to click the link for image spoilers more than what's already this post.
yeah its random. if you wait around you can see it. honestly its probably just an easter egg but ya prob should have spoiler tagged my b
