PC beta plays and looks way better than I thought. Runs well over 60 FPS and I didn't have to adjust any settings, I have a GTX680 so that is pretty impressive.
I may pick this up. All my best buds are getting it and I will enjoy it between that and chorus folks alone. I just will not be able to pump the requisite amount of time into it to get the best gear etc.
I almost certainly will. Problem is the PS4 is Elena's so I can only use it when she's not home. The good news there is she is slated to be out of town for the launch weekend, bad news is that means I'm prob buying another PS4 when she comes home lol
I was gonna get it on Xbox but forgot and realized PS4 is the way to go for me. I played on PS3/PS4 before, and most of the content is on there too. Bungie is still salty about Microsoft haha.
I'm debating on whether or not I should buy it physical or pre order it in the store. I wish my PlayStation had more storage! I just don't feel like doing what needs to be done to get it lol
Destiny specifically is something I need digitally because I play it all the time, I like having the option to play a little bit of Destiny whenever I want and also be super lazy and not switch discs if I have something else in the drive.
Since Trials is now called "Trials of the Nine" instead, I'm not sure we'll be waiting until December for it. Bungie knows Trials is the main reason Destiny is always high on the Twitch directory, and their streaming community would be left in the cold if they waited that long to bring Trials back. It won't be right at launch but they have every incentive to get Trials going again as soon as humanly possible.
There are no bots/AI in Destiny. Every guardian you see in PVP/PVE is a real player. In social spaces the vendors are the only "bots"
