I really want sleeper stim but I really don’t even want to try and do 5 heroic strikes at this point.

Depending on the daily modifiers it's really not that bad. It was Glass yesterday so it shouldn't be again today. Also, this week it's void burn so you can shred with Graviton Lance and put a void mod on your power weapon for extra damage.

 

Yeah I’ve def been using grav lance but I just have to remember to switch back to the prototype gun at the end for the sleeper stim quest

 

Oh right, yeah, the hand cannon. The other night I was in an actual good low-level group for Escalation protocol and got to round three but I forgot to put on the hand cannon so I didn't get credit for that part of the quest. Was so angry. I finally got to the last part of the sleeper quest yesterday though, just have to run the hard version of the Xol strike now (with the hand cannon on ugh lol).
