Yeah one thing I think should happen is that the raid weapons and armor need raid perks, OR they add raid perk mods that can then be applied to any weapon or armor set. Option 2 would be the preferred solution because then you could theoretically have a mod set for every activity (strikes, Crucible, raid, Trials, whatever) and then if you found a gun that was good in multiple activities you would need to grind for multiple drops of both the mod and the gun. You could have a raid Nameless Midnight and a Nameless Midnight for strikes, for example. Would add a lot of replayability to the game in terms of loot grinding and also make us feel like we’re getting more powerful in relation to specific activities.
Also for this plan to work every gun/armor piece would need two mod slots: a “General” slot, for the current mods, and an “Activity” slot, for these new ones. That way each gun/armor piece becomes twice as customizable. Also General mods would need to do more than just give +5 attack to weapons.
I’m going to be honest for a second and dang I do miss playing destiny only for the fact how much me and my cousins played together. It also sucks how terrible co-op worked but it’s rare to see any of my friends playing it and I had ar least 10 friends playing it.
I still can’t believe how amazing Destiny 2 looks running on PC. Watching gameplay of it on Twitch or YouTube with the HD settings turned up literally melts my face off sometimes.
It does not. Whatever is coming in September will be it’s own thing. Will probably come with another expansion pass too.

so the new Curse Of Osiris stream was a bit more promising but also underwhelming. so instead of heroic strikes we're getting heroic adventures? or maybe both, but heroic adventures will be more important to the progression system it seems. theres a forge where you can kinda sorta craft weapons but its not really all that interesting. the "Infinite Forest" isnt really all that infinite. its not procedurally generated and instead is basically made up of "lego pieces" that connect together in a "couple different ways". its not nearly as expansive as we thought it would be, its kind of half baked. theres no real reason to do the strikes or adventures aside from getting components for the half-crafting forge thing, but theres only a limited amount of things to craft so that will die quickly. not that many returning exotics, nor has there been any mention of unique strike gear or crucible fixes or anything of that nature. coupled with the "raid content" being a different part of the same raid we've been doing, this is all pretty bleh. like, heroic adventures are a great IDEA but the execution doesnt seem to be there. the forge is a great IDEA but again, didnt stick the landing it seems. I urge, sincerely urge, you all to try Warframe. Its free, the biggest update in the games history has just released on console and about a month ago was released on PC, a lot of the bugs have been ironed out and new content has been added since. Give that a go to stave off content drought. Also I've been getting my loot n shoot fix by playing through Borderlands 2 on PC again. Talk about a game with a swathe of great content, plus community patches and mods to add even more stuff to the mix.
