Another one of these mini-raids in DLC 2, their explanation made it seem like that's not getting a new full raid either.

 

Wow, so there won't be a second raid until next September/October then at the earliest. Woof.

 

Yeah, it's, uh, not looking like a good Year 1 for Destiny 2.

 

They're bumping the raid power level up to 300

The community is going to tear this to shreds. I'll still pick the DLC up, but it's not a great look

I love the idea of the Infinite Forest and using it as a setting for a lengthy quest to forge those twelve Vex-modified weapons. Plus Brother Vance has a full loot table.

The raid lair is disappointing. I get that they clearly view Leviathan as a continuing storyline but it’s going to get exhausting fighting just the Cabal in raid settings for a full year. So basically it’s going to be a shorter raid with one boss and an undetermined amount of encounters (unclear whether “shorter” means “less encounters” or “the encounters don’t take as long to complete”). At least we’re getting new weapons and armor with it. Although it’s going to suck if they all have Cabal-perks when the rest of the content is Vex.

wow, im stunned at how poorly they seem to be handling the complaints and how half-assed this all seems. you can proudly proclaim theres a new boss and such in the Leviathan all you want, it doesnt change the fact that we're getting ANOTHER PIECE OF RECYCLED CONTENT JUST WITH DIFFERENT COLORS.

its hard to praise Bungie for bringing back Heroic strikes and such when they shouldve been in the base game to begin with.

Probably gonna play some Horizon or Final Fantasy XV tonight. Just post on the thread or send an invite to me.

 

Most of the deals I've seen were for ones that were either not the best brands, didn't have HDR, or weren't that big. I got mine (a Sony) at Best Buy for $899, whereas the same one is up for like $1200 from Sony's website directly. Don't know if that's a sale or not but it's a solid price for that size and having 4K with HDR.
