They really know how to show contempt for their audience. George Lucas is probably fuming that he’s not making films anymore because Bungie is really schooling him these last few years on how to get that done.
Can I say, the general lack of outrage from the Destiny YouTuber/streamer community on the possibility of there not being a raid is really starting to bug me. Like, I’ve turned off several videos and podcasts this week right in the middle of them because the people speaking were saying things along the lines of “I really wasn’t expecting a raid in this expansion” without any hint of anger, or even any real negativity at all, in their voices. Like, why weren’t you expecting a raid? And even if you weren’t expecting there to be one, why aren’t you pissed about it? It was a huge, huge deal when House of Wolves was announced to not have a raid. Everyone was furious about it. And to this day it’s still the only paid Destiny content that didn’t launch with a brand new raid. Now it appears to be happening again and, what, nobody cares? Did they forget what it was like in all of Year 2 with just one raid? Are they going to expect there to be a new raid in DLC2? What will they say then if there isn’t? I’ve said it in this thread before: if Bungie is charging for a full DLC expansion, there has to be a raid in it. We should expect nothing less. I’m honestly getting to the point where I’m considering just unsubscribing from a lot of these people. I don’t know if they’re being insincere or not but it sure feels like they are.
"This time, more dogs in the base game raid, and by more dogs, we mean you're a dog! Good luck killing each other you assholes!"
Honestly haven't touched this since the Overwatch and event and Odyssey was released. I guess I should do my milestones.
