I was actually pretty disappointed by this record. I thought “Walkin” and “Zatoichi” were two of the best songs of the year though.

Loved the singles from the last one, felt like the record was a disappointment though.

 

oh man, I love this album. Took me a few times to sink in but I think it's fantastic

 

Melt My Eyez is like easily his best imo

 

He's one of the few "newer" rappers (I know he's been around a while now) who seems to really care about his discography and put a lot of thought into it. Love how each project feels different from the last

I feel like he and Vince Staples are the best at this among the rappers that blew up in the mid-late 10's

 

Melt My Eyez is great

 

Agree that his last was his best yet, though I really love Unlocked and think that’s super underrated.
