Album is immediately one of my favorites of the year. Huge Mazzy Star vibes imo, which realllllly suits them.

they also put up another 500 limited pressing (black in neon green) on Bandcamp if you missed on the first 2 (I never pulled the trigger on the green splatter). Snagged this new one.

 

This album still rules a bunch

 

this band makes me miss small sweaty shows so much

For some reason I thought this was a post punk band. Just checked out some songs and they’re pretty cool and definitely not post punk

Weird, I’m sure everyone views genres differently but I would consider them firmly post punk. Maybe not always in sound but certainly in approach

Interesting. It’s a really diverse genre, obv, but I mostly think of bands like iceage and isles and this is imo way poppier (and better)
