like most of Gore it's a good idea with poor execution

Looking at Gore's tracklist my favorite is either Hearts/Wires, Acid Hologram, or Gore. I will always stan that album, it's so good.

said it to drew yesterday but it’s easily my least favorite since adrenaline. doesn’t mean it’s a bad album, just bad by their standards

I get songs from Gore stuck in my head at completely random times. A few days ago it was Prayers, today it’s Geometric Headdress

I really like the closer and eagerly await a day they remix the entire album

we've seen the shadow of the axe before Supporter

Maybe by the end of the week we will have a tracklisting and album artwork with possibly a new single. Most anticipated for the rest of the year without a doubt.

  13. Gore is pretty awesome, and was my favorite for some time. But the production has soured on me a bit.

Gore is definitely lower tier Deftones, but theres definitely tracks that stand up to the rest of their catalogue. Acid Hologram, Doomed User and Rubicon are right up there for me.

And man, that kerrang article just ramped the excitement up another notch. Sounds like this first single is gonna rip.

Hearts/Wires has great elements to it but it kinda plods along to me and (as someone else said) the whole album feels like a lot of weakly executed awesome ideas at times.

I'd actually managed to forget that Date is producing again, so that's extra exciting.

Gore has some good moments. The one song that I never really liked is Acid Hologram.

my unpopular opinion is Doomed User is the sickest Gore track.

  24. in a vacuum Gore fucking rules - compared to the rest of the band's incredible discography it's probably in the lower half.

It surprises me that so many people don't rate it. It gives me Poltergeist vibes.
