Can't decide on this one. Never seen Deftones or Refused yet, but already spent a small fortune on Brand New and Thrice tickets. Still, the Stone Pony show is so tempting.

Hell of a nice surprise learning that I got a free copy of Gore with the purchase of a ticket today. I'll still probably pick up an extra one cause I gotta support the boys.

News on once the clouds are gone. Prestigious

The venue here is superrrr close to me and its already expensive ($40ish for cheap seats) but on top of that the venue doesn't sell their own tickets to shows unless its like an old school band they've heard of before. I'm not paying like 60 bucks online to sit up top, I can pay that to sit in decent seats at like msg. Whoever booked this messed up. Going to be bummed if I have to hear them from a distance but not be able to get in. Ugh. Why must you have such a show in a minor league baseball stadium? :(

Man, this tour's got me conflicted. Deftones have been one of my favorite bands for almost 15 years, so I obviously want to see them. But they're playing a shitty nightclub, and tickets are $70 with fees. That's ridiculous. Last time they came through my town was in 2011 with Dillinger Escape Plan, and that cost $32.50. I guess I'll wait and see if I can score a ticket second hand for less. Or maybe they'll announce an opener that makes $70 a little easier to swallow.

Both bands are amazing live. Deftones plays a good mix from most of their albums (I don't think they play anything from SNW regularly). It is an expensive tour for those 2 bands but completely worth it if you liked the Gore singles so far and you haven't seen either.
