Live Nation is the worst. I did the same thing for a show before only to find it on Groupon later.

 

Live Nation/Ticketmaster have been enemy number one since I went to my first concert 23 years ago.

Lawn tix are 18 in Jacksonville

Where are you seeing this? The Jax venue doesn't have a lawn.

 

Pit tickets for Chicago on Groupon are up to $50. Hardly a deal.

 

dose groupon charge service fees? if not you save like 55$ on 2 tixs id much rather have spent 100 or 90 last week then 155 on live nation

Then it is a deal you save so much doing it that way if I knew about the Groupon 10 min early last week I would have saved $64

 

Well Groupon has tickets being $54 so you're only saving $4. But Ticketmaster has pit tickets listed for $60 before taxes and fees.

 

Yeah for 2 tixs I paid 155 total. Your paying 108 if you use Groupon so your still saving money

 

That $60 before fees turns into $85 after fees

are you serious?! shit. on the app and Live Nation website the highest priced tickets are listed as Orchestra and Stadium 1. hmm. I would've totally gone there over the shitshow that is Penn's Landing.

 

Well it doesn't matter. I didn't buy because I realized the same thing. Tickets for really far back seats are only 19.50 on Ticketmaster

 

Yup. I was standing in said pit last summer for Weezer/PATD. They even serve booze at some shows finally!

 

Deftones is definitely headlining this right..? Trying not to let "Rise Against and Deftones" psych me out.

 

It is a coheadliner, but I'm assuming Deftones will close every night with the exception of Chicago maybe.

 

They will be trading off every night. Deftones is definitely not bigger than Rise Against, regardless of your individual preference, lmao.

 

I kinda hope Deftones play first so I can leave after. As long as they get the same amount of time.

 

Would still love to see Rise Against, as I elected to leave Riot Fest 2014 before they went on. Seeing Thrice again would be awesome as well, and Deftones is probably a band I should see at least once.

 

Rise Against is listed first on FL shows and Deftones are listed first on some Texas dates I looked at so maybe they're switching off...
