Album artwork leak was legit. Target has the new album (artwork, tracklist and all) up on their site early

Not sure how to answer that first one, my listening tastes are all over the place…probably better to ask you what bands you’d use as a litmus test for liking Deftones lol
And I just listened to DE and KNY again, really liked these when they released and think I enjoyed them more this time around. Favorites were probably Swerve City, Gauze, the run from Beauty School -> the end on DE…and I liked Digital Bath, Passenger, and other various songs on the earlier albums. Gore and Ohms didn’t have much that caught my ear.

 

There's also a vinyl with a purple cover instead of green, as well as a blue cover cassette. That said, I love vinyl as much as the next guy, but I'm not giving Target any of my money

 

Really love the contrast of the green and white, super striking artwork

 

i saw the purple cover on Reddit, but i don't know which retailer is gonna carry it.

i do like the look of the green version too. in the same way that Gore's cover stands out amongst some of their other albums, this one feels really unique

 

Gore was OK and Ohms didn't have much staying power for me. There are some good songs on them, but my holy trinity is KNY, DE, and Pony.

Clip sounds like a more urgent Good Morning Beautiful, which is GOOD.

 

It sounds a bit like a combination of Swerve City and Urantia but with a different emotion to both.

 

I get some SNW vibes from that clip. Kinda reminds me of a more technical Rats!Rats!Rats!
