Got mine earlier but haven't opened it yet. That color is beautiful!

 

Will post thoughts about the album later, but in summary, it fucking rules. I thought I was only gonna listen to the leak once, but it ended up on repeat.

Side note: I'm surprised they haven't done a restock on their merch yet. I held off on anything else after dropping $70 on that deluxe vinyl and went back on Tuesday to order a shirt. EVERYTHING is sold out except the snake tights, which my legs are too hairy to show off LOL.

It’s 2am here and I’ve listened to this twice already lmao. Yeah, this still exceeded my expectations. Best songs right now for me are: ecdysis, infinite source, i think about you all the time and cut hands. I think cut hands might be the best out of the lot, it just has such a great fucking groove.

 

BTS on the Minerva video is awesome.

I know it's part of the "dark days" era but I will always have a fondness for that time period. That's when I got into the band so that era is so nostalgic for me.

 

I was into them earlier, but it was when I was really young (11-12). S/T cemented them as my favorite band though, and I have similar feelings for that era.

 

I wonder what this skating footage is from.

 

I still remember begging my mom to buy me Self Titled on release day from Best Buy for like $9.99 in early May when it came out. She surprised me with a copy after I got home from school. Laid down on the couch, unwrapped the album, flipped through the booklet, and went for a ride!

I was pissed Staind's 14 Shades of Grey was getting way more recognition.

 

Oh shit, Chino is going to talk about MX next. That's a top track for me.

 

I still remember hearing Hexagram for the first time. Absolute heaviest thing I'd ever heard and it floored me. God that album is perfect.
