If gold rush were a Snapchat and we all heard it once and it disappeared forever i think most of us would have really fond memories of it
I have treated this song that way because heard it once and never put it on again and have no fond memory of it
Just finished my first listen. Thought this was pretty solid. Definitely not mind-blowing amazing but a great collection of songs for sure. Pep Talk and Stone Over Water were the highlights for me
it's definitely not good enough to go to bat for or anything (yes, I do realize that is exactly what I'm doing here), but I feel like it fits fine on that album, which is an album as a whole that suffers from the strength of the rest of their discography, if that makes any sense I like that album just fine, but I don't think anything on it can touch "Blue Bloods” from that EP they released a little while later for example, except for maybe "60 & Punk"
"Gold Rush" hate is way overblown. It's a good track, people just don't like the repeating backing vocal part.
also, I know Amazon sucks and I shouldn't have anything to do with them, but I use Amazon music for streaming, but this shit has been happening more and more lately, where random songs are blocked out for no reason --> I went to go and listen to this album got the first time and half-ish of the songs are blocked out so I cant listen...
I didn't like The Blue EP much at all. Probably the only release I've heard by the band that I don't enjoy.
Blue (Da Ba Dee) is better than anything off this album. flicks cigarette into long gasoline streak then walks away as the growing trail of fire reaches a car causing it to explode into a beautiful cacophony of fire, smoke, and debris. the man does not flinch or turn back towards the dangerous scene behind him, he just keeps walking, HE is the danger
Gold rush is ok, not bad blue ep is good you monsters. To the ground? Blue bloods? Yall just let the tyft hate overtake you for a couple years
alright, I had to go thru and search each song individually and then add all 11 of them to a playlist in order, but this new album slaps
Can anyone tell what's on the cover art? I haven't been able to tell what's there—people covered in some kind of shroud?
